About the artist: HOM aka Kareem Mack was born in NJ.In 2001 he was signed to Stimulated Records by Dante Ross.2002 Hom was then picked up by Loud Records.A year later Columbia Records signed him to a major record deal.Soon after HOM took on Goliath Artists management.Paul Rosenberg and Dart La quoted"signing HOM was a no brainer".HOM also appeared in a issue of the Unsigned Hype magazine and HighTymes cd.He won 1st place in The Source Sound Lab contest,and performed at Rocksteady.HOM also appeared in the hit movie 8mile.To keep his street buzz going HOM has flooded the hip hop community with 3 mixtapes under RUGWEAR(Raw Underground Wear).With his longtime hype man/Spliff Star Young Do riding shotgun hosted all 3 mixtapes.Each mixtape has sold over 5 thousand per volume.Volume 2 has just been released,and the sales are rapidly climbing.This multi talented artist has written and produced his own LP,which he is currently seeking major distrubution for.
